FolkCuba invites you to participate in their International 
Laboratories of Folklore that are celebrated in Havana, 
twice in the year for fifteen (15) days, beginning the third Monday of January and the first Monday of July. 
The classes will be given by the most excellent teachers of the National Folkloric Assembly of Cuba, which will teach you the secrets of the Cuban folkloric dances and African and Hispanic antecedents and the magic of the sound of the Cuban percussion instruments. 

The Laboratory will have the following matters by levels:

The price of the course will have to be paid in the offices of FOLKCUBA on your their arrival in Cuba, at the office of the CONJUNTO FOLKLORICO NACIONAL. 
If you wish to participate you contact the representing tourist agencies of Cuba in your country, which will offer a tourist package in preferential prices. 
If you can register a group of 16 participants in the FOLKCUBA offices, You can be considered as Promoter of the Laboratory and the course is offered to him completely free.

This is without doubt the best video on modern Havana Rumba. The music & dance performances were all Excellent Master level. This is not tradional Rumba but is a video of modern Cuban Rumba even to the extent of a performance by the Rap group Mitad Y Mitad. The dance performance by Mitad Y Mitad was amazing.

This is the finest Cuban Rumba video every to come out of Cuba.

All the performances had a fun feel to them. The musicans are masters at the chants & rhythms & the dancers ranged from very good to master level.
